How Data Transmission Works
Document Originates
A procurement event — PO creation, invoice receipt, shipping notice — triggers a document to be transmitted to the appropriate trading partner.
Format & Validate
The document is formatted to the recipient's required protocol (cXML, EDI, JSON, etc.) and validated for completeness before transmission.
Transmit Securely
The document is transmitted over an encrypted connection to the recipient. Delivery is confirmed and logged with a timestamp and acknowledgment code.
Log & Alert
Every transmission result is logged. Successes are silently recorded; failures trigger immediate alerts to administrators for fast resolution.
